Mapped Network Drive
Hi there, one of our 3rd party installed on all users relies on a single database file to run - that single file is currently stored on an on-premise server with a mapped network drive allowing that application to locate/use that file. We would like to get off the on-premise server all together & move everything onto the cloud with WorkDrive but how we would be able to set that app with the file location?WorkDrive
I love WorkDrive - this is everything Zoho Docs should have been but better. Is there an option for either a) a desktop client b) setup as a network drive - this would be preffered over the web interface for adding new files, etc.How to share several files and folders with one single link ?
Hello, we would like to share several files and folders with one single link. Like if it was a virtual folder including grouping several files and folders archived elsewhere. How could we proceed ? Exemple : Our server has the following folders : C: / Sales / invoices C: / Technical / datasheets C: / Marketing / Pictures We want to share to customers the folders : Invoices + datasheets + Pictures with only 1 link. We don't want to copy/paste those folders in a "New folder" otherwise we would haveUploading a File through Browser - FAILS

I'm using selective Sync. When I go to my WorkDrive folder and check the total size of all folders, I get 9Gb. But when I check hidden folders, there is a .~$zstmp/.cache with a massive 120Gb... When selecting a document, the open with button should have the option to select Microsoft Office products. If not available please remove the option to open with Zoho products as we end up creating multiple versions of the same file.Move location of Desktop app to other HD

Hi all, With Zohodocs, I used external link sharing to share my documents with my accountant. She was able to access the files and then move them to a subdirectory. My team and I are currently in the process of moving over all files into the Zoho Work Drive. However, we are running into issues where the files do not sync properly. Hi Guys, I have some mission sensitive data that I have stored on google drive for many years. As these files are TIME sensitive and my staff will enter foldes based purely on creation date. i need to find a way to move about 1000 folders over to Workdrive but RETAIN the original folder creation date as it appears on google Drive. I have just set our company up with Zoho wordrive to replace Google Drive which has been working flawlessly for over 10 years. I like the Zoho Ecosystem and thought since we needed more storage space, I would migrate us... That has turned into a taks that is causing me trouble and embarassment. When I start a project, I create a folder in workdrive, and then share an external link with the client so he can upload files. I just noticed that my clients can't create folders, so the only way to upload files is all mixed up in the main folder. Is there a way to allow folder creation inside a shared folder? Dear Zoho Corp., there are some improvements that the "restore form Trash" absolutely needs: 1) it's is currently not possible to download a file or restore a file in another folder form the "restore from Trash", thus not allowing to download a copy (i.e. of an older file that was overwritten) without risking to overwritten new ones; 2) "restore from Trash" DOESN'T SHOW THE PATH IN WHICH THE FILE WAS and therefore with multiple files with the same name deleted in different folders it's not possibleWorkdrive General Folder not syncing

Why do organizers have access to the trash in WorkDrive? My technicians can't move a file or share a file unless I make them an organizer. But then, in theory, an upset employee, a compromised account, or a compromised PC could all completely wipe data. I recently migrated our business from Dropbox to Zoho Workdrive. After all of the file copies were complete, I chose Selective sync and attempted to unsync a folder that I no longer needed on my desktop.
