Migration from One Drive to WorkDrive
See 2 attached pictures. Do I select "New Application" to search for "WorkDrive" in the Azure-Enterprise Applications? All I see is the "MyWorkDrive" which is not related to ZoHo as the publisher.How long TrueSync files stay on device for offline access?
I know the difference between TrueSync and Sync for Desktop is that former doesn't store files locally but indexes them, shows them on Z drive & only access them when needed. I can see how this would be useful, but really its just leading to many delays as user 1 wants user 2 to review his document, but it isn't visible in WorkDrive yet because User 1 always forgets to click "complete" or "ready". When searching Workdrive, the metadata information input into data templates does not appear to be searchable via normal search. That doesn't make any sense.
