Mail Merge Dynamic Tables Sorting and Selection
Hello, Our issue is as follows: We have added in our mail merge template a dynamic table which pulls data from Zoho CRM Modules. However, when the mail merge output is populated, the order of the dynamic table rows is based on the creation date. This makes the dynamic table useless for us. We need to be able to sort these rows besides the creation date. 1: Is there a way to adjust the row order and control this through a filter? Or can we perhaps achieve this through a custom function in the meantime?
Links no longer functioning in PDF form
Hello, I have merged documents with clickable functioning links, but when I print to PDF the links are not clickable. Is there a solution to this? Thanks in advance.

I have several links in my document. When I export to PDF, these links retain their formatting (e.g. underlined) but they do not function as links any more.

Zoho Writer Merge & Sign Issue
Hi, I am using the writer application and using it to merge data from a csv into a document template, and then send that for sign. My issue is that when I click 'Configure Sign Workflow' and the Merge And Sign popup comes up, I want to check off 'Remember these settings for future merges'. However, when I check this off, the next time I go to do a merge the settings are not remembered. Is this a glitch, or am I doing it wrong?

Are comments inserted as new or replies to existing comments auto saved?
I notice that as I add new comments or reply to previous, the document does not appear to be auto saved unless I actually make a change within the document itself. Is this really the case? I am working in a Word doc edited within Writer.

Alphabetical sorting needed in Docs
It is ridiculous that folder contents can not be sorted alphabetically in Zoho Docs on the Web. It is frustrating and time consuming to have to scroll down a jumbled list of files looking for the one you want, rather than going straight to it. The available options of sorting by Last Opened, Date Modified or Created Time do not help at all. I would imagine that alphabetical sorting is a basic requirement for most users.

Zia Word Repitition Count & Document Word Targets
Hi, Just a couple of quick ideas...... Would it be possible for Zia to count word repitition when he/she/it does the grammar checks? Ignoring stop words like and/it/or/is but giving counts for repeated words. Are you thinking about offering a document word target option at all? Hello, So i have selected my data source to merge with my document but not all of my contacts are being inputted. I only have 9 out of a 300+ list. Ive tried to 'un-merge' and then re-merge my data but it still isnt working. Anyone have any answers? Thank you.
Importing Client addreses into a letter created in ZOHO Writer
Hi There, Does anyone know how to import addresses from the ZOHO CRM or ZOHO Contact Manager into a field within a ZOHO writer letter? Writer iOS app crashes
Hi folks, I’ve just updated the Writer iOS app (V5.6), which had no issues at all before the update. The new icon is nice, but the app became totally unusable. The app starts, but when I try to open a document, it crashes immediately. That’s it. I’ve reinstalled, but it didn’t help. Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Hide dynamic "Saving" and "Last Edited" text from the top of documents
I really like Writer except for one thing. As I'm editing documents, it shows me this dynamic text at the top. As I type, it says "Saving..." and after I'm done typing, it says "Last edited [add number of minutes or hours or whatever ago]." It's very distracting to have that text constantly changing/updating while I'm trying to focus on my writing! Unfortunately, I don't see a way to hide this text so I don't have to see it... and be distracted by it. Is there a way to hide it? Please PLEASE say

I can't open one of my document
Hi, since last Saturday i can't seem to load one of my document in zoho writer. At first i thought server or my net was down. So i waited until sunday. Still can't access. All i get is a white blank sheet where my doc has more than 50k words in it. So i try to access it from zoho writer apps on my phone. When i try to open it it says that i don't have the access for it when it is my personal document that i didn't share to anyone. I try again loading from my phone browser, still getting the same

Title rows appearing above dynamic tables on multiple pages
Is there a way to display the top row of a dynamic table as the top row of every page the table ends up being on? If my table is longer than one page, the top row that describes each columns contents does not carry over to other pages that the table is on, making the page useless to me.
Table messed up
Somehow through lagging I ended up with the table being "under the border" to the left side, so I can't access it in any way or select any tables there. Is there any way to go back in revisions on a draft or revert the table to normal size?

Could we get the ability to paste stuff into the custom autocorrect forms?
I would like to be able to convert some things automatically into characters which aren't normally on the keyboard. I guess I could do remapping stuff but that's extremely something I don't know how to do.
When typing in Doc's, my key strokes seem to lag a bit.
It's almost like the olden days when you could out type your computers ability to put the characters on the screen. It only happens in docs, and I think it's docs I have cut and pasted to complete reports. It seems like there is something going on in the background. Ideas?

Need help: What is the difference between setting up the form automation function via a Template and via Document? It seems that if I were to go via Zoho Forms, that I would need to have a template ready to go in Zoho Writer and then map the form outputs on the particular template. However, if I were to set up the form and then set up a zoho document, I could then have the form's outputs be mapped onto the particular document.
