Lost Content and Format/Lost File/Error when Saving Files
Hi, I use Zoho Docs for windows. Today I opened my files and noticed format has changed and a lot of the formatting previously has changed. This happened to ALL MY FILES. Also when saving files a duplicate file shows with a slightly different file name. Here are two screen shots for the error I'm getting with one of the files. I'm getting this with all other files when I open them with slightly different error messages. Here is the screenshot that ends up saving a duplicate file after saving theCrazy Clipboard stuff
So, I'm trying to copy/paste text in Writer Using Cmd+V (simple stuff, not heavy on formatting, no images). Instead of getting my text, I get a link and a picture from vimeo saying "Double Click to add and interact with this widget." What is going on here? Cmd+V Used to always work fine, but now what is this crazy vimeo nonsense?Can I encrypt my documents?

Hello, I created a Zoho spreadsheet form yesterday. It was working fine yesterday, but today I have discovered it has 'disapeared'. I have tried reverting back to earlier versions of the spreadsheet but cannot get hold of the form. I did not save all the questions so I really need access to it. Can someone help please. Hey there! I see 4 solutions, none of which have a complete process flow. Am I missing something? 1. Zoho Writer (standalone) where you can send to Zoho Sign for signature. Unfortunately, I don't see where you can do a mail merge with Zoho CRM. 2. Zoho CRM where you can do a mail merge, but there is no send for signature in that version. 3. Zoho CRM + Zoho Sign integration, but this solution doesn't use Zoho Writer. Also to note, this third solution makes the user manually add signature blocks toDocs preview doesn't match the current file revision.
In ZOHO Docs, I can click on an individual file (a Word doc for instance) and it brings up the preview view. In my case I bring up a file that is at ZOHO version 7, and what I call version 1.5 as shown in the content of the actual file. Since then I have uploaded several newer versions and am now at ZOHO version 9 and what I call version 1.7. However, in the preview view, it still shows version ZOHO version 7. Hi, I'm planning my move from Google Drive and looking for a template section for Zoho Show. Hi, I'm evaluating zoho for a project and these are my requirements: I have a table-heavy document (the original Word document is a FIX (Financial Information Exchange) spec. Hi, got a bit of a problem where i tried uploading a document from MS word (2016 for Mac), and it does two things: 1) doesn't bring all the info across (i.e. 5 pages instead of 20) single document 2) the format is going all stupid and crossing over note that this occurs even when i change the document over to ZDocs internal. I would like to see Google drive integration. With full directory syncing not just one directory/files within a directory. I cannot use the Zoho Docs app for Windows because it will always map to Zoho Docs, instead of my companies network drive / main file location. I can see that post switch to new UI, old notes are not available. On going through the forum messages, I found out that old notes are not available under new version by default. People need to migrate it and you 'had been showing the banner as well.' To be very true, your banner just gave the impression that Notes will be available in new UI only and won't be available in older UI and we must migrate to new UI to keep using notes uninterrupted. Hello guys usually I sort a table with sort option and it works fine. But for my need I use GROUP BY feature and I try to sort my table by GROUP BY and inside the GROUP BY to sort on specific column. It seems that the option to sort TABLE is disable whenWriter Merge and Sign OAUTH API Call error.
