How do I use CRM with MailMerge?Grouping photos to move into folder?
I realize it's been an extremely long day ...but I just got on ZOHO to have a photo gallery separate from my out-of-control Google Photos accounts...and uploaded some photos easily, but can't for the life of me select several at one time to move into folders ... help?Text box overflow
I'm trying to format a text box as a sidebar. I replaced the Greeking with my own text, but it won't wrap properly to stay within the box. If I stretch the box out horizontally, the text still runs off the right-hand edge, regardless of how wide I make it. I played with the text box formatting options, but nothing seems to work. I don't know why the Zoho Writer application for Apple is not working on my MacBook. As you can see in the screen shot, there is a big question mark over the app. When I click on it, nothing happens. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Any ideas are appreciated.I can't open up my documents anymore.

I have a document with a blank paragraph below the header, and above a table at the top of the page. The horizontal line is in the header. I can hghlight the paragraph marker, but when i hit delete nothing happens. There is no way to put the insertion point to the left of the first line in the table, the insertion point always goes inside the first cell. Since sometime in the last week or so we have found that every attempt to mail merge results in the attached error. "There was an error in creating merged documents please try again later" This is happening for all our users regardless of what machine they use. From research, I figured that documents in Zoho Projects should have a 'Track Changes' option in the review menu. However I am unable to find this option in the review menu. See screenshot below. This applies to any new documents created in Zoho or uloaded to zoho from Ms word without track changes enabled. The option I have is to download the document, open in Ms Word, enable Track Changes in Ms word and re-upload the document. Hello, For some reason I'm having trouble creating a new folder under the "Document" tab. The window pops up asking me for a name, but when I click create. It just give me an unknown error: Unable to create the Folder due to an unknown error. This is happening for all projects not just one specific one. I'm new to Zoho documents, coming in from google documents. A friend and I do a lot of collaborating, some of which is on her phone. So, I have shared the file, and given her read/write permissions on the document. And the collaboration button is on. She was able to access the file on her laptop, but now when she tries to access on the phone application for IOS, it is telling her she can read only. My understanding is you should be able to access the documents anywhere/anytime. Her IOS is up toIs there an "autocorrect" function?
I frequently write (in English) words with accents (generally French or German). Is there a function similar to AutoCorrect that would let me create an accented word that would appear when I write it without accents? Or, of course, that would correct a common typo? My domain name is janelaaj.clinic. I'm using zoho as email service provider. My problem is when I trying to send email from gmail account to my zoho email ID(admin@janelaaj.clinic) it bounce back with failure message but its working for other accounts (like outlook,etc). Excel AutoShape position which is updated by Zoho Spreadsheets is broken, after I uploaded Excel file to Zoho document and updated my file on Zoho Spreadsheets. I'm finding it really difficult to use Zoho documents properly when I can't just open/save documents to Zoho in Word/Visio/Excel in the same way I could work on them in a mapped network drive. Hello, My wife and I are Zoho users since novembre 2014, only for family accounting's purpose. We are no geeks at all... We use a spreadsheet on a monthly basis, each time a copy derivating from a template I initially designed. It has worked well to our great satisfaction since then. Hi, I've create a new document on Zoho Writer. The document has a number of images. On the first page of the document I've added a large image. It's like a cover photo. When i export my document to PDF this image disappears. I've tried uploading the image again from my desktop but it still does not appear. I've tried export to DOCX and it appears there although wrong placing. I really would like to get the PDF version working.Centering table
it does not appear there is an easy way to center a table (left-to-right). If you play with the selection so as to grab the span, you can do it. But its a hack and it has side affects. ibegreaCan't @ mention someone in Zoho Docs

I am using Sheets v1.40 on iPhone iOS 10.3.2. When out of network connectivity, no wifi or cellular data connection, I am unable to open sheets. I created a document in Zoho Docs with a mail merge. When I perform the merge, two lines of text are removed thus issuing the merged document useless. There are inconsistencies in the text wrap for images. I have attached a screen shot of a document with a 4 cell table. Each cell contains the same exact content and the text wrap for each image is the same. Hello. There are few issues with RTL writing in "Zoho Writer": 1. Importing DOCX files written in RTL language. 2. Writing both RTL and LTR text in the same row. 3. The overall RTL experience feels wrong. You should add the RTL / LTR direction buttons on the format tab just like in "MS Word". 4. Some bugs while trying to apply some rich text formatting (Bold / Italic / Color etc...). Thanks. P.S. Hi everyone can someone help to clarify this problem? I am trying to send a bulk of emails using a CSV file.
