Spontaneous change to capitals
I'm working on a document (a novel) which at the moment is just over 100 pages long. I've had no problems in the last few months whatever - until about a week ago. When I loaded the document I found that some apparently random sections of it - sometimes just one para, sometimes four or five pages - have converted themselves to capitals. LaTeX Error
Hello, The LaTeX feature of Documents is the best, really! Yet is seems the support is not complete. For instance, try this: \begin{align*} \frac{a + b}{a} & = \frac{a}{a} + \frac{b}{a} \\ & = 1 + \frac{b}{a} \end{align*} This generates "Invalid Expression" while it works perfectly on CodeCogs LaTeX Equation Editor. How To Create A Letterhead Template
Hi Im trying to create a standard letterhead temple in writer so that we can select the document and write letters etc within writer and then export them as PDF's or print them and they come out with our header and foot on In MS Word its easy I just edit header and footer and import the graphics and save as a temple but when I click the header / foot tab in Writer there is no where to edit it Anyone got any step by step instructions on how to do this Thanks
Cannot Publish Zoho Doc
There is not publish feature in my "Distribute" menu options. I've searched your documentation and cannot locate information on enabling such a feature if it is disabled for some reason. I've attached a screenshot of my view on Distribute. I did notice that when I hard refresh my chrome browser, "Share" shows in menu and then disappears when loaded, but I'm assuming this is because it is not published.

Summary of daily changes
Hi I need a way to generate a daily list of all documents uploaded, amended and/or deleted in a particular folder (including sub-folders) and that this is automatically sent to all people with access to this folder. I can't find any solution. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Robert
Embedded Zoho editor in an iOS app
Hi, We have been using so far the Etherpad open source component but the UX of it is quite poor. We are looking for replacement. We have mobile apps (iOS and android) and web apps that offer collaborating doc editing, few users working on the same doc. Storage limit error
Something is wrong. I have used under 4GB of my 25GB storage limit and when I try to upload a document it is telling me I have exceeded the storage limit??? Please help.
Word documents not importing correctly

Document Printing
When I try to print, the menu: File > Print > Print using Browser is no longer showing, therefore I can't print. Any ideas what might have happened, it was ok a few days ago. Thanks.

Spanish Spell Checker
I'm not sure whether I didn't find it, but I can't see any option to choose the language of the Spell Checker. This would be very useful for me. In fact, it would be even greater if there weren't any need to choose between English or Spanish, but instead, having pre-established the languages I'll be using in my docs, the processor detected the language and applied the right dictionary. How do I change my spell check when I'm writing papers from English spell check to Spanish spell check, because it's frustrating to have my entire paper underlined in red because my spell check is checking for mistakes in the wrong language. email merge in Writer - line wrapping problem on mobile email apps
Hello I have used an email merge function in Zoho Writer. Everything looks great until you see the result (received email) on an mobile app (in my case gmail app). All lines that are next after wrapped lines are displayed on the previous lines. Email is impossible to read. In my opinion HTML version of Writer docs are not correctly built. Hi, i just tried Zoho for the first time, like it. However I will be staying with OpenOffice because of one feature I ALWAYS use that is not in Zoho. That is a "document map". Link to element of TOC doesn't work correctly
I have a text document with a table of content (TOC). When I create inside the document a link specific chapter, I use "Insert Link" and select form the "headlines" dropdown box the specific headline of the chapter. Deleting files from dropbox while using Projects Doc Sync
Our firm is using Zoho Projects and we have a current project with a large project team and client team using the client portal, we have setup subfolders within the Documents section of the project, and then i wanted to use the Dropbox sync integration so all of the files that are being uploaded by the client users will download to our office desktops. Problems with Adobe Sign and digitial signatures
I can't connect my Adobe Sign account to Zoho Docs. I have Adobe Sign under my Creative Cloud subscription, using my Adobe ID — but there doesn't seem to be an option to log in using my Adobe ID account. The only option is to log in to Adobe Sign with an email and password, which is not the same as logging in with your Adobe ID account. Can somebody help me figure out what I need to do to get this working? Thanks!

How can I delete inline comments in ZoHo Writer?
I have looked everywhere, but there appears to be nowhere within one particular ZoHo Writer document to delete my own comments. My only options are to "Resolve" or "Reply". I have seen and used "Delete" in other documents, so I'm unclear why this feature is missing in this particular document. I want to use the document as a template, but my only option is to hide the comments, which will not do. Thanks for your help.

So, I'm making a FULL PLUNGE to Zoho for my Desktop & Android Office Ste. I really do like it's intuitiveness, and economy of space, as well as it's easy implementation with Google (ALL) Docs, and Drive. Auto update Current Date field
Hello, I don't know if this is a bug or supposed to work this way but assuming the latter i'm posting it as a feature request. We use Zoho CRM Mail Merge (which uses Zoho Writer) and we have a letter that has today's date in it (pretty normal use, right?). The date was inserted by going to the Insert menu>Todays Date. The problem is that when you use the template again the next day it hasn't updated to today's date. It still has the date from yesterday. Isn't it supposed to update it? Rather strange
