1. Anti-spam disclaimer in email notification
In email notifications sent to both customer and Bookings user, the footer contains anti-spam disclaimer text, as shown in the below image. To send notifications without this content, you can disable it using the below steps.
1.1 Steps to disable anti-spam disclaimer
- Click the Admin Center icon
in the top-right corner of the Bookings menu bar.
- Select Privacy and Security under Data Administration.
- Disable the Anti-spam Disclaimer toggle. Once the toggle is disabled, the email notifications will no longer have the anti-spam disclaimer content.

3. Data deletion
3.1 Steps to delete guest email addresses
- Click the Admin Center icon
in the top-right corner of the Bookings menu bar.
- Under Data Administration, select Privacy and Security.
- Under the Data Deletion section, enter the guest email addresses to be deleted in the text area and click Delete.
