Where can I view the contacts from my city, region and country?

You can view the local contacts by checking the list detail view.

Open Contacts tab from the navigation bar and select Manage Lists.
You will get the list view of all your lists. Click any mailing list.
In List Summary tab, click Response view.
You can find the contact details from your city, region, and country under Contacts Location.
