How do I change the email address of my account?

  1. Sign in at accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Go to Profile in the left menu, then click Email Address.
  3. Click Add Email Address.
  4. Enter your new email address, then click Add. An OTP will be sent to the entered email address.
  5. Enter the OTP received, then click Verify. This email address will be added as a recovery email address.
  6. To make this email address primary, click Set as Primary address next to it, then click Make Primary.
  7. If you want to delete your older email address from your account, click Delete next to it, then click Confirm.
