Overview
Org (Organizational) Chart in Zoho Connect lets you view who reports to whom in a quick way. It also helps you to understand your organization’s structure. The Org Chart gives you a visual map of how your company is built, from the CEO down to every individual employee.
What is the Organizational Chart?
Org chart is more like a family tree, but for your company. It has an easy-to-follow structure in a clean layout. You can see team structure, reporting managers and subordinates, and departments in a single scrollable view for clarity.
Org chart is beneficial because:
It gives managers the ability to understand their team dependencies and structure across departments.
Everyone in the company can view how the organization is shaped.
Admins get a centralized and dynamic chart so they won't need separate org tools.
How to view the Org Chat
Go to the people's page, and click the profile picture of someone for whom you'd like to view the Org Chart.
In their profile page, click
in the top-right corner. The user's position in the Org Chart will be shown. 
The chart will open with the selected person as the center of focus. From there, you can explore their team, their reporting line, or zoom out to see how the entire organization hierarchy branches.
You can add reportees and reporting to from the Org Chart page.
To add reportee,
Click the user profile for whom you want to add reportee.
In the extending menu on the right, click the three dots icon.
In the dropdown, click Add Reportees.
To add a reporting to,
Click the user profile for whom you want to add reportee.
In the extending menu on the right, click the three dots icon.
In the dropdown, click Manage Reporting To.
In the pop-up, add whom this person should report to.
How to add someone to the Org Chart
Note: Only network admins can add, remove, or update the reporting structure.
Go to the user's profile you'd like to add to the org chart.
Click the ellipsis icon (...) in the top-right corner.
Select Reporting To from the dropdown.
From the pop-up, select the person this user will have to report to.
Click Save.
Info: Once you're done, the Org Chart icon will be automatically added to the user's profile. Clicking it will show the user's position in the Org Chart.

Alternatively,
To assign or update someone’s reporting person:
Go to the People page from the right menu.
Click the Users tab and click the three dots icon near their name tile.

From the dropdown, select Reporting To.
Search and add a Reporting to person.
Click Save.
Note: The unassigned users will be added to the top hierarchy line automatically.
What will happen to unassigned users?
Unassigned users are:
New network users
Users who haven’t been assigned a reporting manager or have had one removed

These users will appear in the first column of the Org Chart, alongside top-level members.
How to import an org chart
It is possible to add multiple users in bulk into the org chart.
Note- The users you're adding must be part of the organization.
Pre-requisities
Create a .csv file containing the reporting to and reportee details in the following pattern.
To import a chart,
Go to the org chart page.
Click Import Chart in the top-right corner.

In the pop-up, click Browse and upload the file.
