Application setup

1. Access the Academic Years form and add the working years. 
2. Next, access the Current Academic Year and Semester form, select the current academic year and semester as odd or even.
3. Enter your departments in the Add Department form and types of courses you offer in the Add Courses form.
4. Access the Add Course Details form and add the course details applicable to the respective departments.
5. Enter the various designations in the Add Designation form and allow them to allocate courses by ticking the checkbox next to Allow to Allocate Courses.
6. Add semester details and timetable slots in the Add Semester and Add Slots forms respectively.
7. View the details of all your students and faculties in the Student Details and Faculty Details reports respectively.
8. Enter the type of events you want to conduct and projects you want to assign in the Add Event Types and Add Project Types form respectively.
9. Finally, access the No of Day orders and hours form and add the number of working days and the hours per working day.

Note:

1. You can add the students' and faculties' details in the Admin section.
2. Once you have added the students' and faculty details, the application will be shared with them. 
   

Step 2: Navigate to the Admin section

1. Add your students' basic details and their guardian details in the Add Student form.
2. Similarly, access the Add Faculty form and enter your faculties' basic and contact details. Specify their department and designation, based on which the application will be shared to them with the configured permissions.
3. Access the Add Course Details form and add the course details applicable to the respective departments. (Ignore if you've already added them in the previous section).
4. Access the Attendance Status Search form, enter the required details and view the status of attendance marked as completed or pending for that academic year.

You can send announcements to all faculties and students of respective classes by accessing the Send Mail form and entering the required details. The mails will be triggered upon successful submission.

1. Access the Add Semester Academic Calendar form and choose to generate day orders or insert and delete days.
   
1. Generate day orders by entering the start and end date of the semester, mapping the current academic year and selecting the holidays.  Your academic calendar will be generated as a list based on the given start and end dates.
   
2. Insert or delete working days in any academic year by clicking the respective buttons.
   
2. Access the Add Common TimeTable form, specify the day order and add timetable slots for each working hour.
   

1. As a faculty, access the Add Project form and enter the project details. You can assign a project to a specific set of your students and track the project status.
2. View and modify the project details in the Project Details report.

Note:

This application is optimized to be downloaded as an application on your mobile or tablet device.

If you wish to uninstall this application, you can do the following.

1. Navigate to Solutions and click the Education Management application.

2. Hover over the card and click the ellipsis icon (three dots).

3. Click Delete.
