Yes, Zoho FSM offers add-on options to enhance your subscription based on your needs.
Invoice Add-on: Increases your invoicing capacity beyond the limits of your current plan.
Storage Add-on: Adds extra storage space for attachments and files.
IM Credits Add-on: If your account has WhatsApp integrated, you can purchase additional instant messaging credits to send WhatsApp messages to your customers.
To purchase add-ons:
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Manage Subscription.
- On the Dashboard page, click Upgrade Add-Ons.
On the Add-Ons page, you may include add-ons like Invoice, Storage, and if your account has WhatsApp integrated, you can add the IM Credits add-on as needed.
Click Proceed.Enter your payment details and click Make Payment.
After successful payment, to get more details about your subscription, Click View Subscription Details.
