Are there any available add-on pricing options in Zoho FSM? How can I purchase additional storage in Zoho FSM?

Yes, Zoho FSM offers add-on options to enhance your subscription based on your needs.

These add-ons include:

  • Invoice Add-on: Increases your invoicing capacity beyond the limits of your current plan.

  • Storage Add-on: Adds extra storage space for attachments and files.

  • IM Credits Add-on: If your account has WhatsApp integrated, you can purchase additional instant messaging credits to send WhatsApp messages to your customers.

To purchase add-ons:

  1. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Manage Subscription.

  1. On the Dashboard page, click Upgrade Add-Ons.

  1. On the Add-Ons page, you may include add-ons like Invoice, Storage, and if your account has WhatsApp integrated, you can add the IM Credits add-on as needed.

    Click     Proceed.
