Once the organization's cumulative storage exceeds the allocated limit, the following restrictions apply:
Users will not be able to record new sessions.
Uploading new files (such as shared materials) will be blocked.
To regain the ability to record and upload, the organization can either:
Delete existing recordings or files to bring usage below the limit.
Purchase additional storage through a storage add-on plan.
