Access Notes in Zoho Meeting
To take quick notes when you're in a meeting in Zoho Meeting, follow these steps:
- Click the More Options icon (•••) from the tool bar in the bottom of the meeting window.
- Click the Meeting Notes option. The Notes window will be opened in the sidebar.
- You can take meeting notes and select the notebook where you want to save the note.
- Click All notes to view all of the notes created in Notebook, including the meeting notes from the drop-down.
Apply the meeting notes template
- Click the More Options icon and select Apply template to create a pre-defined template.
- You can add participants, agenda, ideas, and more in this template.
- You can apply a template to any notes you've created during your current meeting.
Create new notes and notebooks in the meeting
- Create new notes by clicking the +Add button at the top.
- Create new notebooks from the notebook drop-down list.
- Create Text and Checklist notes in Meeting Notes.
- Lock your confidential notes with a passcode.
View and edit notes from your past meetings
- Click the drop-down and select Past meetings.
- All of the notes you created in the previous meetings will be shown, and you can edit them.
Associate your past meeting notes to the current meeting
- Open your past meeting notes and click the More Options icon.
- Select Associate to meeting. Your note will be associated with the current meeting.
- To dissociate, select the More Options icon on the note and click Dissociate from meeting.
View your past meeting notes
- Open Zoho Meeting and click the Meetings tab.
- Your list of previous meetings will be displayed under the Past tab.
- Click the note icon for the meeting notes you want to view.
- Your associated notes for that meeting will be displayed.
View associated links for a note card
- Click the More Options icon of a notecard.
- Click Associated Links.
- The meeting in which you created the note will be displayed.
Download your notes as a .txt file '
You can download your notes as text files (.txt file) if you're not a registered Notebook user. To download,
1. Click Download under Notes in the meeting summary. (after the meeting has ended)
2. Your notes will be downloaded as .txt file.
Note: Guest users in Notebook can access meeting notes; however, please note that these notes will not sync to the cloud. You can sign up for Zoho Notebook anytime.
