Step 1: Go to the Agency Dashboard OR Go to "Manage Clients" tab
Step 2: Click the "Create New Client" button at the top right.
You’ll be asked to enter a few details, such as:
Client Name (e.g., "Acme Corp Website") (Mandatory)
First & Last Name of the main contact person (Mandatory)
Company Name
Industry (choose from the list or type it out)
Email Address of the contact (Mandatory)
Optional: Add their address if needed
Step 4: Choose how many visitor licenses you want to give this client from your agency’s total pool. (MANDATORY)
Step 5: Click “Save” to finish.
What's Next?
Zoho PageSense will automatically generate a unique Org ID for the client, creating a private PageSense portal just for them.
The new client will now show up in your Manage Clients list.
What’s an Org ID?
Every client gets their own Organization ID (Org ID). This means:
Their data stays completely separate from other clients.
All experiments, users, and reports belong only to that client’s account and can only be created or managed within it.
Your agency has full control without mixing up data across clients.
Need to update something for a client? Here's what you can do:
In Manage Clients, find the client and click the Ellipses option ︙ > choose Edit
You will now see the Overview screen (client record view). You can update their contact details or change their visitor quota.
In Manage Clients, find the client and click the Ellipses option ︙ > choose Edit
To reallocate quota for clients click on Quota Usage section in the client overview screen > click the ellipses option ︙ > Reallocate visitors
On the Reallocate visitor screen you can view visitor licenses users and remaining. Navigate to Adjust quota field and fill in to increase or decrease quota.
Hit Save when you're done.
If a client hits 100% of their quota, they’ll be automatically marked as Paused.
All their experiments will pause automatically.
Their team won’t be able to run any experiments until you upgrade/reallocate additional quota.
If a client no longer needs your agency’s services, you can mark their account as Inactive. Once inactive, all ongoing experiments are paused immediately. And any unused visitor licenses are returned to your agency’s subscription pool.
In Manage Clients, find the client and click the Ellipses option ︙ > choose Mark as Inactive
The client’s data, experiments, and reports will be safely stored for a 3-month grace period. You can reactivate the account anytime within this window.
After three months, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
In Manage Clients, find the client you want to reactivate and click the Ellipses option ︙ > choose Reactivate
Reactivate accounts that were previously marked as Inactive if they decide to resume services.
Once reactivated, all experiments, data, and reports pick up right where they left off, provided reactivation happens within the 3-month grace period.
If not reactivated within 3 months, the client’s account and data are permanently deleted.
In Manage Clients, find the client and click the Ellipses option ︙ > choose Delete
When you delete a client, the action is immediate and permanent—all account data, experiments, and reports are erased and cannot be recovered.
If you’d prefer a softer option, you can instead mark the client as Inactive. Inactive accounts are given a 3-month grace period, during which their data is retained and the account can be reactivated at any time.
After three months, if not reactivated, the system will automatically delete the account, and you’ll receive timely email and in-app reminders before this happens.
Open a client’s PageSense account in a separate browser tab without leaving your Agency Dashboard.
Manage multiple clients side-by-side—switch between tabs instead of constantly navigating back and forth.
Go to your Agency Dashboard or Manage Clients tab.
Find the client and click the Access icon next to their name.
You’ll be taken directly to their PageSense workspace. From there, you can manage their experiments, users, and data just like you would in a regular PageSense account.
