Schedule Export for Issues

Issues can be scheduled for export. The export can be scheduled to be repeated once, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. You can export issues in XLSX or CSV format.

Schedule Export of All Projects 

To schedule the issues export from all projects:
  1. Navigate to Issues on the left navigation pane.
  2. Click  on the right.
  3. Select Export Issues.
  4. Fill in the details for the export in the Export form.
  5. Choose the format for the export. Check the boxes for Export with file information and/ or Export All Projects Issues in Single Sheet as per your requirement.
  6. Choose the Project Category.
  7. Add or Create Filter Criteria
  8. Under Select Columns, choose the fields for which data is to be exported. Click Move All to select all the fields. All the fields will be moved to the Selected category. To move fields individually, hover over a field and click  in the Available category to move it to Selected. Click  in the Selected category to move the field back to the Available category.
  9. Toggle the Schedule Export option to schedule the export.
  10. Enter a Schedule Name.
  11. Select a Schedule Date.
  12. Choose the repeat type; Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  13. Click Schedule.
Alternatively, you can schedule exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export > Click the Schedule Export button.

Schedule Export of a Specific Project 

  1. Click on the project from the project list view or from the Recent Projects section in the left panel.
  2. Click Issues in the top band. 
  3. Click on  and select Export Issues. The Export Issue form will appear.
  4. Fill in the details for the export.
  5. Choose the format for the export. Check the boxes for Export with file information and/ or Export All Projects Issues in Single Sheet as per your requirement.
  6. Choose the Project Category.
  7. Add or Create Filter Criteria.
  8. Under Select Columns, choose the fields for which data is to be exported. Click Move All to select all the fields. All the fields will be moved to the Selected category. To move fields individually, hover over a field and click  in the Available category to move it to Selected. Click  in the Selected category to move the field back to the Available category.
  9. Toggle the Schedule Export option to schedule the export.
  10. Enter a Schedule Name.
  11. Select a Schedule Date.
  12. Choose the repeat type; Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  13. Click Schedule.

Manage Export  Schedule

Edit 

To edit the schedule export, 
  1. Go to the Issues Tab. 
  2. Click 
  3. Select Export Issues. 
  4. Go to the Manage Schedule button on the top right of the Export Issues form.
  5. Hover over the issue and click .
  6. Click Edit.
Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export to manage the export.


Delete 

  1. In the Manage Schedule screen, hover over the item and click .
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Check the dialogue box and click Delete.
Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export.

Run 

  1. In the Manage Schedule screen, hover over the item and click .
  2. Click RunNow.
Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export.

Clone 

  1. In the Manage Schedule screen, hover over the item you wish to clone and click .
  2. Select Clone.
  3. The Export Form will appear. Make necessary changes and click Export.
Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export.

View Schedule Export History of all Projects

  1. Go to the Issues Tab. 
  2. Click  
  3. Select Export Issues.
  4. Go to Show Export History in the right top corner of the Export form.

View Schedule Export History of Specific Projects

  1. Go to the Project. 
  2. Click  
  3. Select Export Issues. 
  4. Go to Show Export History in the right top corner of the Export form.
Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export.

Find Schedule Export  

To find a Scheduled Export,
  1. Go to Settings using  on the top right.
  2. Select Schedule Export on the left pane, under Notifications. On the Schedule Export Page, click  and set your filter as per Schedule Name, Status, Projects, Last Day Run Status, Last Day Run Time, Next Run Time, and Added By.
  3. Choose Any of these or All of these options for the search.
  4. Click Find.
Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export.

Update Schedule Export Status 

  1. Go to the Issues Tab. 
  2. Click  
  3. Select Export Issues. 
  4. Go to the Manage Schedule button on the top right of the Export Issues form.
  5. Toggle the specific export item's status off/on.
A maximum of 2000 schedule items can be toggled on. Alternatively, manage scheduled exports from Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Schedule Export.
