Visit Outcome (Web)

Visit Outcome (Web)

Visit Outcome helps RouteIQ users record custom post-visit information directly from within the RouteIQ app, without switching to Zoho CRM. Admins can configure CRM fields to appear in the Visit Outcome form during check-in or check-out. Visit Outcome lets RouteIQ users capture custom visit details inside the app (optional or required) shown at check-in/out, saving time and improving data accuracy. These fields can also be made mandatory, ensuring key details are always captured before a stop is completed. This streamlines data collection, improves accuracy, and saves time for field reps and managers. Here is how you can set up Visit Outcome for your organization.
