Dashboards make it easy to understand key survey metrics at a glance. They give stakeholders clear and actionable information to support better decisions.
You can create multiple dashboards for one survey, and each one stays updated as new data comes in. The dashboard is made up of different component widgets, which are elements that can include Charts, Tables and Stats Tables, Open-Ended Question Views (Summary or List), Word Clouds, Sentiment Analysis, TURF Analysis, Special Stats, Response Stats, CrossTab, or Trend elements.
Why is the Survey Dashboard useful?
Here are a few scenarios where you will find the Dashboard useful:
Track Customer Feedback
With Zoho Survey's dashboard, you can get a consolidated, real-time view of customer feedback as soon as it’s submitted. For example, a retail chain conducts a post-purchase survey across multiple store locations. Using the dashboard, they identify a dip in customer satisfaction at one specific branch and quickly address staff training and inventory issues.
Market Research Insights
Zoho Survey’s dashboard turns raw survey responses into actionable insights, making it easier to spot trends and opportunities in the market. For example, a startup uses Zoho Survey to understand brand perception before a product launch. The dashboard highlights that younger audiences are more likely to favor the brand due to its eco-friendly positioning—leading to a targeted marketing campaign focused on Gen Z.
Product Feedback Monitoring
The dashboard allows product teams to monitor real-time feedback and make timely decisions based on user experience and satisfaction data. For example, a SaaS company releases a new feature and collects user feedback through an in-app survey. The dashboard reveals that while adoption is high, several users find the navigation confusing. The product team refines the UI in the next sprint, improving satisfaction scores.
