In this article, we'll see how the Notes widget in Trident enables you to create, view, share, manage, and customize notes.
To create a new note:
Note: You can create personal and group notes by selecting the category first.
To format the contents of a note, you can use the rich-text editor options as described below.
Besides these, the rich text editor also allows you to insert:
You can organize your notes into distinct views, groups, and tags. By default, the Notes widget lists notes under the "My Notes" category. To access the notes under other categories:
In addition to these categories, you can color-code your notes in yellow, blue, red, or green to separate them by the level of importance, subject matter, and so on, to organize your notes effectively. To do so:
To share a note you've created with a colleague or a group:
Note: You can also @mention a user in the comments and they will get permission to view the note and discuss it.
You can send notes via email, mark them as favorites, and delete them from the Notes List view.

You can customize the position of the Notes Editor by stickying it and popping it out in a new window. You can also view it in the full widget screen size for a better note-taking experience.

Note: You can resize the sticky note and also pin it to access it when Trident is closed, as well as when you're working on other applications.

Note: Click the Close icon to exit the widget full-screen mode.
