Adding citation and bibliography in a document
Zoho Writer allows you to add citation and bibliography to list the research materials that you referred to create your paper or thesis. You can also copy, edit, and delete a citation.
Mentioned below are the styles and sources supported by Zoho Writer:
For easy understanding, let us take an example of adding a Website citation.
- Click the hamburger icon on the left side of the document and click Insert.
- Click Citations & Bibliography.
- Click Add New Citation.
- Select the Source type as Website/Website.
- You can enter the details yourself or search for the website online.
- To search online, click Fetch website details online.
- Add the website URL and click Fetch source.
- Enter the Contributor details and click Add New Citation.
Note: There are four types of contributors: Author, Editor, Compiler, and Translator. Select the correct type before adding the citation. You can also select a person or an organization as the contributor type.
Note: You can search for journal using its DOI link to fetch its details online.
