Troubleshooting
1.Error/Symptom: Imported documents in Zoho Writer don't display the correct fonts
Reason: it's usually because the fonts used in the original document aren't available in Zoho Writer or aren't installed on the system of everyone viewing the document.
Solution: When importing from Microsoft Word format, Zoho Writer may add font equivalents. However, the original fonts will be preserved when the document is downloaded.

2. Error/Symptom: CORS error while uploading fonts
Reason: The CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) error occurs while uploading fonts to Zoho Writer when the browser blocks requests due to security restrictions.
Solution:
- If needed, configure a custom domain for Zoho Writer to avoid CORS-related issues.
- You can also remove or restrict the access control for the font. If you want to restrict access to this font, you can do so by
- Configuring the property "access-control-allow-origin" with the value "https://writer.zoho.com" in your server, or
- Configuring the Content Security Policy in the response header of the font URL.
3. Error/Symptom: Font added to a user account is not available in the fonts list
Reason: If you add the font to a user account from a machine and access Zoho Writer from a different machine, this might happen if the particular font is not available in the current machine.
Solution: Please ensure the specific font is installed on the machine from which you are accessing Zoho Writer.
4. Error/Symptom: The custom font is not available to collaborators
Reason: The custom font might have been added only for a specific user account, and so it might not be available for the collaborators.
Solution: Add the required font to the collaborators' accounts also. Add the font to the entire organization, which will make it available for all the users.
5. Error/Symptom: Unable to add fonts
Reason:You might not be able to upload a font if it is not in TrueTypeFont (TTF). Or, you might not be selecting a .ZIP file.
Solution: Ensure that the font you are trying to upload is in TTF format or you are selecting a .ZIP file.
