How to save templates for organization wide usage?

With org templates, you can ensure that everyone in your company is using the same consistent templates.

Admins can save a document as organization template using the following steps:

Open a new template or an existing document and go to File.
Select Save as Template.
Give a name to your template, choose to save as org template, and click Save
.

Note:

Only the Admins can create org templates.
Org templates option will be available only for Zoho WorkDrive paid users. Both Zoho Docs and WorkDrive Individual (free) users need to migrate to WorkDrive paid plan to make use of the Org templates feature.
