All about the trial plan and how to extend it

Overview

In Zoho CommunitySpaces, we offer the highest subscription plan [Premium] during your 15-day trial period. If you need more time to explore, you can get an additional 15-day extension in your trial.

What features can you try during your trial period?

You can try all features available in the Premium subscription. Your data and configurations will be retained when you move to a paid plan.

Some features you try in trials will not be available on low-tier plans.

To get a trial extension :

Log in to your Zoho CommunitySpaces account.
Click the gear icon in the right side menu
In the dropdown, select Extend Trial Period.

To switch plans during trial:

Log in to your Zoho CommunitySpaces account.
Click the gear icon in the right side menu
From the dropdown, select Subscription or View Plans.
In the pop-up, click Try Now at the bottom of your preferred plan to switch.

That's it! You'll be switched immediately.

Trial extensions are granted only once per account.
