Who can use TikTok Custom Audience?
Here are some instances where you can increase your conversions using TikTok Custom Audience:

To establish a chain between Zoho CRM and Tiktok Custom Audience
- In the LeadChain module of CRM, click + Create new chain.
- Hover over the TikTok Custom Audience template and click Setup now. Alternatively, you can also start a new chain by clicking Setup on your own and filling the source and destination fields manually.
- Name the chain that you're about to create.
- Fill the below source-related information in the left side of your window.
- Select the CRM module from which you want to send the information.
- Select the tag and campaign associated with the stored information in CRM, if any.

- Fill the below destination-related information in the right-side of your window.
- Choose the TikTok account you wish to connect, or click + Add new TikTok account to add the account.
- Select the relevant TikTok ad account from the list
- Choose the custom audience from the drop-down.

Click Proceed to Field Mapping.
- Fields, such as Email and Phone Number, are mapped by default. You can update these mappings if needed and add additional field mappings as well.
- Map the Android AAID/GAID or iOS IDFA if they are linked with your CRM.
- Click Save and Publish to publish the chain immediately, or click the drop-down menu and Save as draft and publish it later.

Note:
- Android AAID/GAID or iOS IDFA is a unique id assigned to leads who click on your ads.
- You must map at least one field of customer information from the CRM to your custom audience.
