You can add co-authors to your learning paths. After course creation, admins can add co-authors to build and manage your courses together. Co-authors can have one of the following privileges:
Instructor: An instructor will have permission to:
View courses
View course statistics and global reports
Take part in discussions
Evaluate assignments and quizzes
Contributor: A contributor will have the permission to:
Create and manage courses
Manage learning path settings
Admins: An admin will have permission to:
Manage users
Manage settings
Manage tags and categories
Manage discussions
Manage statistics and reports
Edit learning path overview
Navigate to the learning path.
Click the drop-down next to Co-authors.
Click the Add Co-authors button.
Type in the name or email address of the user and click Add.
The co-author will be assigned as a contributor by default. The admin of the learning path can change the privilege of the co-author.
Navigate to the learning path.
Click the drop-down next to Co-authors.
Click the More Options icon next to the co-author's name.
Choose the privilege that you want to give the co-author.
Navigate to the learning path.
Click the drop-down next to Co-authors.
Click the More Options icon next to the co-author that you want to remove.
Click Remove.
