Depending on your role and organizational setup, your experience while accessing Zoho Learn may differ. For example, you might need to create a new account, join an existing hub, or switch between multiple hubs. This guide walks you through the different scenarios you may encounter while creating or accessing your Zoho Learn account and hub as a user.

Users who access a hub for the first time will be prompted to fill the onboarding form.
Super admins will not be required to fill the onboarding form.
If you’re new to Zoho Learn and not yet part of any organization, follow these steps:
Visit the Zoho Learn Sign-Up Page and follow the above mentioned in this article.
Once your Zoho Learn account is created, you’ll be prompted to fill in an onboarding form.
Provide the requested details accurately to personalize your experience.
Click Done to complete your onboarding process.
You can now create your own hub or request an invitation to join your organization’s existing hub.
If you already belong to your organization’s Zoho setup but don’t have access to its Learn hub:
Log in to your Zoho Learn account.
If you don’t see any hub listed, contact your hub admin or organization admin to request access.
Once access is granted, the hub will appear on your Learn homepage.
Click on the hub name to enter and start exploring the available content.

Click Done to complete your onboarding process.
If you’re part of more than one hub within your organization or across multiple organizations:
Log in to Zoho Learn.
On the homepage, you’ll see all the hubs you have access to.
Choose the relevant hub to access its content.
You can switch between hubs at any time from the My Hubs section below My Profile.
Each hub has its own set of articles, courses, and permissions based on your role.
Once your Zoho Learn account is created, you’ll be prompted to fill in an onboarding form.
Provide the requested details accurately to personalize your experience.
Click Done to complete your onboarding process.
If you’re part of only one hub:
Log in to Zoho Learn. You’ll be directly taken to your hub homepage.
From here, navigate to:
➤ Knowledge → To read manuals and articles
➤ Learning → To take courses assigned to you
➤ My Learning → To track your progress

If you’ve already set a default hub:
Log in to Zoho Learn — you’ll be automatically redirected to your default hub.
To switch hubs, click My Hubs and select another hub from the list.
You can change your default hub anytime under Profile > My Hubs.
To get started with Zoho Learn, follow these steps:
Visit the Zoho Learn Sign-Up Page and fill in your personal details in the provided form.
Review Zoho's terms and privacy policies and provide your consent to continue.
Once you've filled in the required information, click the Sign Up and Accept. button to create your account.

Click Done to complete your onboarding process.
Log in to Zoho Learn.
Click Create Hub on the homepage.
Enter your hub’s name, description, and domain URL.
Invite users from your organization to join.
Once set up, you can configure permissions, create manuals, and assign courses.
Knowledge section in Zoho Learn is where you can find articles, SOPs, procedures and other organizational documents. You can find similar or related articles grouped under a Manual.
Log in to your Zoho Learn account and choose your hub.
Navigate to the Knowledge section.
Choose the Shared tab.
You can see a list of Manuals that are shared with you.
Choose the manual of your choose and access the article.
Some articles and manuals like organizational policies, HR procedures and documents that are common to all the employees can be accessed from the Explore tab.
Navigate to the Knowledge section and choose the Explore tab.
Choose the manual of your choice and access the articles.
You can take courses in Zoho Learn from the Learning section.
Navigate to the Learning section and choose My Learning.
Here, you'll find all the courses that are assigned to you.
Choose the course to begin taking the course.
