Testing or quality assurance is one of the key stages of the development lifecycle of any product or deliverable. Test case management in Zoho Sprints works as a centralized platform for managing all the test cases and collate the results based on the findings.
With Test Management in Zoho Sprints, you can define test scenarios, enter the steps to be carried out for the test and also include its expected results. When this information is added in prior, the QA or Tester can easily perform the required steps to test the feature or product. Also, when this information is readily available, any QA or Tester can perform the tests to find the results, which will help ease transition when a resource is unavailable. This in-turn accelerates the release cycles, which aids in product's growth.
Overall, this feature acts as a boon to the Quality Assurance team as it ensures consistency in testing practices, and also improves traceability. This process provides a structured approach to manage your testing process. You can also ensure there is no compromise in quality of the product when a best test cycle is practised for your products.

Modules in Test Management
Test Cases: A test case is a record that has detailed information about the steps to be carried out to verify a specific feature or functionality of a product. A test case will include execution steps, expected result, and preconditions. Test cases can also be grouped into folders and sub-folders. This will act as a guide for a Quality Analyst to execute the steps and compare actual results with the expected results. This will ensure that the product meets the requirements and expectations of the end-users.
Test Suites: Test Suite refers to a collection of test cases to test a specific aspect or functionality of a specific feature or module. Associate the required test cases with a test suite based on a criteria. When you try associating test cases in the test suite, you'll be prompted to add a condition based on which the system will filter the test cases and add it to the test suite.
Test Runs: Testing happens only when the test cases move to the Test Run module. This test run is the final phase where the test cases of a feature/ product will be tested by the QA or Tester and their results will be recorded (pass/ fail/ blocked/ retest). You can create the Test Run and associate the Test Cases to it. Add the test suite to the test run for the test cases in it to be added to the test run. Once it is done, you can carry out the necessary tests. Each test case can be assigned to a tester. If needed, you can create issues for the test case directly from within the Test Case execution page.
