Create email templates

Email templates in Bigin can help you save time and maintain consistency in communication. With a standard format in place, you can use the email templates repeatedly for various situations or campaigns. This can be helpful for a real estate agency as they need to send out a large volume of emails to different prospects about new listings, exclusive offers, follow-up emails etc.

Let's create the following email templates,
  1. Follow-up email after an enquiry is created on the website
  2. Marketing campaign email to promote a limited-time offer

Follow-up email after an enquiry on the website

This email template will be used in Forms to send out an acknowledgement to the prospects who have enquired on your website.
  1. Go to Settings  > Channels > Email > Templates.
  2. Click +New Template > Select the Pipelines module and choose Sales Pipeline from the drop-down.
  3. Click Next.
  4. In the Create Template window, do the following:
    1. Enter the Template Name as Follow-up email after an enquiry on the website.
    2. Enter the Subject as Zylker Homes - Property Enquiry.
    3. Enter the content of your email template as,

      Dear Prospect_Name,

      We are writing to follow up on your recent enquiry regarding real estate investment opportunities. We appreciate your interest and would like to know more about your investment goals and preferences to help you find the best possible investment options. Please let us know a good time to call you to provide you with additional information and resources to support your investment journey. 

      Thank you again for your interest in our services. We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

  5. Places like name, from user name, designation and other details may require dynamic content as the email has to be sent to different prospects and other users in your company may also use this template. In such cases, you can use merge fields to generate dynamic content. Type # and the fields will appear. Choose the desired fields from the drop-down.
  6. Click Save.
  7. In the choose folder popup, select Public Email templates and click Save.

Marketing campaign email to promote a limited-time offer

This email template will be used in mass emails for marketing promotions.
  1. Go to Settings  > Channels > Email > Templates.
  2. Click +New Template > Select Contacts module.
  3. Click Next.
  4. In the Create Template window, do the following:
    1. Enter the Template Name as Limited-time offer email template.
    2. Enter the Subject as Exclusive Offer at Zylker Homes!
    3. Enter the content of your email template as,

      Dear [Contact Name],

      We are excited to announce an exclusive limited-time offer for our valued clients. For the next 3 days, we are offering 10% discount on select real estate investments in Austin. This is a rare opportunity to take advantage of the current market conditions and make a smart investment that will yield long-term returns.
