New addition to Zia for Emails: Subject line suggestion

We've added yet another robust feature to the list of Zia's email intelligence abilities: subject line suggestions.
 
The first line of text your recipient reads when you send an email is its subject line. Since this is the very first impression your email creates, it's highly important to have a catchy subject line to grab your recipients' attention, and in turn positively affect the email's open rate.
 
To that end, Zia contributes by suggesting an engaging email subject line. Let's look at subject line suggestions in greater detail.
 
When will I get an email subject suggestion?
Once your org admin has enabled subject line suggestions, suggestions will appear in the subject line field as placeholder text. For this to happen, you have to have added enough email content for Zia to process.

In cases when you forget to add a subject, the subject line suggestion Zia provides will also be available as placeholder text in the "Specify subject" pop-up.
 
What happens when I've already added a custom email subject?
When you've already added a subject line, and Zia has enough content to provide subject line suggestions, a glowing bulb icon will appear in the subject line field. Upon clicking it, you'll see Zia's suggested subject lines. The same icon will also be available if you type a custom subject into the "Specify subject" pop-up.

Release plan
Subject line suggestions will be released in a phased manner. Currently, we plan to release it for the users in EU and US DCs in Enterprise or above editions of Zoho CRM with 20+ user licenses.
