Associate emails to a Deal

Integration with Zoho Mail
I use both programs now and I really like that I can add leads to the CRM. So it would be nice to have that acess to Bigin too.
Include Contact Details when exporting a deal to excel
It would be useful that the export tool also include address details for the Customer when exporting deals. At present it only exports a lot of behind the scenes columns and lacking the details that the user want to see or use. Currently when I export this information I am having to link them inside excel. Voicenotes, Add product to contact, Product View Mobile
Hello, Three massive improvements would be: The ability to add voicenotes, as possible in Zoho CRM A product register on the contact record, to add specific products to contacts. View the products in the mobile version.
