【開催報告】名古屋 ユーザー交流会 Vol.2 2025/11/21 Zoho Analytics / Inventory で実現する在庫の"未来予測"

11/21(金)に名古屋 ユーザー交流会 を開催しました。
本投稿では、当日実施したセッションの様子及び投影資料をお届けします。

今年2回目の開催となる名古屋 ユーザー交流会では、株式会社エンツナクリエイト 野末さんによる
Zoho Analytics / Inventory の活用事例セッションのほか、「Zoho で”見える化”した / したい自社のデータ」を
テーマに参加者同士でZoho の活用方法を共有し合うグループワークを行いました。

ユーザー活用事例セッション：Zoho Inventoryでは見えない未来を、
Zoho Analyticsで描いた話 〜構成部品の在庫推移と”仕様の壁”を乗り越えて〜
株式会社エンツナクリエイトの野末様に、工場向け設備の製造販売を行うクライアント企業の
在庫管理（部品の仕入れから商品の製造・販売まで）をZoho Inventory / Analytics で実現した事例についてお話しいただきました。
1. 業務課題をZoho で解決
クライアント様は、Zoho 導入前はExcelでの在庫管理をしていましたが、部品点数の増加により運用を続けることが困難な状態でした。
具体的には以下キャプチャの通り5つの要望があり、それらをZoho Inventory / Analytics に
置き換えることで、業務改善に繋がった話を共有します。
2. 具体的なZoho 活用法
2-1. Zoho Inventory の活用
Zoho Inventory では、以下の機能を活用して在庫管理を実現しました。
商品登録機能
- 売上価格と仕入れ価格の両方を登録可能
- 先入れ先出し法、移動平均法などの在庫計算方法に対応
- 期首在庫数と基準在庫数の設定によるアラート機能
組み合わせ商品機能
- 部品の組み合わせによる商品作成が柔軟に設定可能
- 各部品の使用数量と金額の詳細設定が可能
受発注管理
- 取引先ごとの価格パターン設定
- 発注書・受領書・支払依頼書の帳票展開機能
2-2. Zoho Analytics ：将来在庫推移表の作成
Zoho Inventory だけでは実現できなかった「将来的な在庫予測」について、Zoho Analytics を活用して解決しました。
Zoho Analytics で作成したレポート： 将来の在庫推移予測表を作成し、以下の項目を表示できるようにしました。
- 部品名・組み合わせ商品名
- 基準在庫数
- カスタムフィールド（必要納品数、SPQ（最小発注単位）、MOQ（最低発注数））
- 月別の出荷予定・入荷予定・在庫調整・在庫残数
技術的な実装： 在庫変動イベント（受注・出荷、仕入れ・納品、在庫調整、バンドル出荷、仮想出荷）を
統合したテーブルを作成し、全月・全商品の組み合わせテーブルと結合することで、動きのない月も含めた在庫推移を表示できるようにしました。

※実装にあたっては、Zoho Analytics の制約事項（ジョイン制限、NULL値の扱い、レポート列数制限など）を考慮した設計が必要でした。
まとめ
今回の取り組みにより、将来的な在庫見通しが可能になり、発注漏れが大幅に減少したと
クライアント様から高い評価をいただきました。 今後は発注数量などと在庫が連動してアラートを表示するなどの設計を進めていきたいと思っています。

Anyone have a workaround for this? Zoho really needs to hire new designers - templates are terrible. A custom template has been created, but every time we try to use it, it strips out all the CSS from the head. We have one user that can't login to projects even though access has been granted. This user can login to accounts.zoho.com but when login to https://projects.zoho.com/portals.do we get this error: Unauthorized login to this portal Permission denied to access this portal. We use an internal intranet site which has a short DNS name which Zoho CRM will not accept. When attempting to update the field it says "Please enter a valid URL".
