Zohoサービス活用事例セッション： Let's 活用！Zoho CRM レポート機能
過去の参加者から特に多くのリクエストがあったテーマで、基本機能から応用的な活用方法まで、説明動画を交えながら分かりやすくご紹介いただきました。

グループワーク
今回は「Zohoサービスの社内浸透/理解度向上のTips共有会」をテーマに実施しました。Zoho は製品数が多く、機能も多岐に渡るため「できることが多くてどこから手をつけようか迷う」などの声が上がることもあります。
そのような声を交流会で解決できたらと思い、本テーマでグループワークを実施しました！各者がこれまで培ってきたナレッジをユーザーさん目線で共有いただける貴重な機会となりました。
Zoho Champion パネルディスカッション
2024年度のZoho Championの中から、@Anonymous User (鈴田二紀)さんと松井さんにご登壇いただきました。ユーザーの皆さまから要望の多かった「Marketing Automation」「Campaigns」「CRM」について、パネルディスカッションを実施しました。
Marketing AutomationとCampaignsの違いや、各メール配信サービスとCRMからのメール配信の違いなど、ユーザー視点ならではの過去の活用事例を交えてお話しいただきました。

多くの方に懇親会にもご参加いただきました！セッション中に気になったことや、日々の業務についてなど、参加者同士でざっくばらんに交流されていました。
初の試みとして、コミュニティのイベント参加や、ユーザーヒアリングへの協力など、コミュニティの活動を継続的に支援してくださっているユーザーさんを6名、表彰しました！

Great Zoho apps like CRM and Desk have very limited form builders when it comes to form and field rules, design, integration and deployment options. Many of my clients who use Zoho CRM Plus often hit limitations with the built in forms in CRM or Desk and are then disappointed to hear that they have to additionally pay for Zoho Forms to get all these great forms functionalities.
