【開催報告】 東京 ユーザー交流会 2024/6/14（金） Zoho One をほぼワンオペで活用！ 〜メールマーケから請求管理まで〜

6/14（金）に、東京 ユーザー交流会を開催しました。本投稿では、その様子をお届けします。
当日の事例セッション資料に加え、大阪・名古屋・東京の3会場共通で使用したZoho セッションの資料もこちらに共有しますので、参加できなかった皆さまもご参照ください。
今回は、ストーバー・ジャパン株式会社 安達さんによるZoho One の事例セッションのほか、「Zoho サービス同士の連携」をテーマに参加者同士でZoho の連携方法を共有し合うグループワークを行いました。登壇いただいた安達さん、そして参加いただいたZoho ユーザーの皆さん、ありがとうございました！
事例セッション Zoho One をほぼワンオペで活用！〜メールマーケから請求管理まで〜
ドイツに本社を置く、減速機という機械部品の販売を行うストーバー・ジャパン株式会社の安達さんが、メールマーケティングから請求管理までの領域におけるZoho One の活用方法について解説しました。
・Zoho One 利用全体イメージ：
2019年10月からZoho CRM / Books を導入し、現在はサイト構築、メールマーケティングからバックオフィス領域まで、幅広くZoho サービスを利用しています。
コミュニケーション関連のサービスは、ドイツ本社に合わせて、Microsoft Teams やMicrosoft Office を利用しています。
1. Webサイト構築： Zoho Sites
日本支社独自のウェブサイトを、1名で約5日間で構築しました。他のZoho サービス同様に、ドラッグ＆ドロップで直感的に構築することができたため、本来注力すべきコンテンツ作成に十分な時間を割くことができました。
2. メールマガジンの配信： Zoho Campaigns
Zoho Sites と同様にこちらも直感的で、設定の完了後はスムーズに運用が開始できました。送信するメールの型や内容については配信ごとに大幅な変更を行うわけではないため、テンプレート機能を利用し、一度メールを作成すれば更新すべき内容の差し替え程度で配信できる点が魅力的だと思います。
3. 顧客・商談・タスク管理： Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM とOutlook を連携しており、商談タブ内でメールやりとりを閲覧できるようにしています。これにより社内メンバーの退職や部署異動などに対応できるようになり、顧客対応品質の安定化を図っています。
名刺の取り込みはCard Scanner を利用しています。モバイルアプリであるため、移動先でも利用できる点が便利です。ただ、要望が2点あります。まず、私自身iPhone を使用しているのですが、しばしばアプリが落ちることがあるので、安定化を希望します。2点目が、住所の読み込みについて、CRMにインポートすることを前提としてほしいです。CRMと同様に都道府県や市町村など分けて読み込んでほしいです。
将来的には、CRM とOne Note の連携も検討しています。商談中のメモをOne Noteに書き込んでいるため、商談タブに関連付けて管理できるようになればより業務効率化が図れるのではと感じています。
4. 顧客・商品登録、見積書作成、受注書・発注書作成： Zoho Books
Books については、顧客、商品登録を行なっているのですが、CRMではなくBooksで行なっている理由は特になく、単純にBooksを先に立ち上げたためです。国際輸送費を原価の中に入れ込んで管理でき、レポートで純粋な原価と分けて閲覧もできるところが気に入っています。
こちらも1点要望として、添付ファイルをもう少し増やせるようになるとより良くなると感じています。
（製品図面の添付など、案件に対して書類の数が多いため）
5. 在庫・発送管理：Zoho Inventory
マーケットプレイスで提供されている拡張機能を用いてAftership とZoho Inventory を連携し、佐川急便などの運送会社を登録すると、出荷ステータスをInventory の画面上で確認できるので、一元管理が可能になりました。
6. 与実管理、本社へのレポート：Zoho Analytics
陸揚げ費用と製品原価の分割をAnalytics 上で実現しています。
7. ファイルサーバー： Zoho WorkDrive
会社の固定サーバーにアクセスする必要がないため、テレワークや外出先でもアクセスが可能です。
メール添付ではなく、URLを外部共有することでで大容量データを共有できる点が魅力的だと感じています。

Zoho CRM の入力の手間を減らす助けとなる「自動化」に役立つ機能とメンテナンスのコツについて、CRM マーケティング担当の松井が解説しました。
新機能「キオスク」の紹介に加え、他の機能との違いについても紹介していきます。
・フォーム機能
メルマガ登録や、カタログダウンロードなどのフォームとして使うことで、リード情報の登録を自動化します。
・ワークフロー
CRMの定型作業を自動化に役立ちます。項目の更新、メール送信、担当割り当てなどの処理に活用することができます。
・2024年の新機能：キオスク
Zoho CRM 上に特定の処理を行う専用画面を作成することができます。キオスクでは、タブを横断した処理についても可能です。
・キオスクと他の自動化機能との違い
ウィザード：膨大なデータ入力フォームをわかりやすく分割することができます。入力支援用の機能であるため、紹介先データの検索やデータの一時保存は不可。
キオスクは入力支援に加え、ワークフローのような機能を含んでいます。
ブループリント：単一タブ内のプロセス管理が可能です。
一方キオスクは、タブを横断してプロセスを誘導することができます。また、ステージやステータス以外の要素を入れることも可能です。
コマンドセンター：ビジネスモデルの全体像を見える化する機能。
キオスクは部分的な業務プロセスの処理に特化しています。

グループワーク どんなサービスと連携していますか？ Zoho 連携事例を共有し合おう！
Zoho CRM と連携している他のサービスの紹介と、それによってどのようなことを実現しているのかを共有していただきました。
共有内容 一部抜粋：
Zoho CRM + Money Forwardクラウド 請求書：商談・受注管理までをCRMで行い、Money Forward上で見積もり・請求管理を行う。
Zoho CRM + Zoho Campaigns : 自社SaaSに新規アカウント登録＞CRMのメール構文解析＞CRMのカスタムタブ＞Campaigns のリストに追加され、ステップメールを送っている。
最後に
参加者の方々からフィードバックいただいた、本イベントで学んだことを紹介します。
・キオスク、ウィザードは事務担当の負荷軽減に役に立ちそうだと思いました。
・タブルックアップでタブを超えたデータの利用、キオスクなどの機能を用いて可視化や自動化を行いたいと思います。
・使用していない機能の説明が豊富で自社でも活用できそうな部分があったのでトライしてみたいです。
・実務に直結する内容が充実しており、いくつかすぐに真似できそうな事例がありました。
