直近では以下のアップデートが行われました。今回はこの中からルックアップ項目に関するアップデートをピックアップし、詳細を見ていきます。

◎ルックアップ項目に関するアップデート
ルックアップ項目とは、あるタブから別のタブのデータを関連付けることができる機能です。例えば、商談タブ内のルックアップ項目で連絡先タブ内のデータを検索し、関連付けることができます。

今回のアップデートにより、ルックアップ項目追加時に、ルックアップの対象となるタブから他の関連項目を同時に追加、関連付けができるようになりました。こちらはサブフォームですでに提供されていた機能ですが、このたびレイアウトのルックアップ項目でも利用できるようになりました。
当方で確認した結果をご紹介します。
■ ルックアップ対象タブから他の関連項目を同時に追加する
今回は活用例を元に、アップデートされた機能を確認していきます。
（例）Zylker株式会社では、Zoho CRM を利用して「受講生」タブでセミナーの受講者、「コース」タブで開講しているセミナーを管理をしています。受講生ごとに参加コースの情報を管理するために、受講生タブにコースタブの項目の値をルックアップ項目で関連付けます。
（今回行うルックアップ項目の関連付け）
- ルックアップ項目を追加するタブ名：受講生
- ルックアップ対象となるタブ名：コース
- ルックアップ項目"受講コース"に関連づける値：コース名
（コースタブから受講生タブへ新たに追加、関連付ける項目）*今回アップデートされた機能
- コースのカテゴリー
- 受講料
- 受講開始期間
各タブのレイアウト画面で、カスタム項目の中からルックアップ項目を追加します。
追加したルックアップ項目の三点リーダーから「参照先のタブの項目を追加する」をクリックして、コースタブから受講生タブへ追加して関連付けたい項目を登録します。
受講生タブに新しく追加したい項目は、項目の追加方法で「新しい項目として追加する」を選択すると新規項目が受講生タブに作成されます。（例：コースのカテゴリー、受講開始期間）
すでに受講生タブに設置されている項目に、コースタブ内の項目の値を関連付けて入力したい場合は「既存の項目と関連付ける」を選択して、受講生タブ内から関連付ける項目を設定します。（例：コース料金）
ここまで進むと、受講生タブのレイアウトに項目が新規追加、および既存の項目への関連付けが設定できます。
こちらのカスタマイズにより、受講生タブにデータを新規作成する際、コースタブと関連付いているルックアップ項目でデータを選ぶとこれらの情報も追加されます。

So we've been having an issue with tracking email opens. Specifically in Gmail. Our emails are not that long either, maybe 4 sections of image/250 characters of text/button per section. But all my test accounts I used via Gmail we're showing opens. But then come to find out the tracking image is at the very bottom of the email.
