【Zoho CRM】 キャンバスを使用したデータ入力ページのカスタマイズ機能リリース

キャンバス機能を、データの入力ページ（フォーム）でも利用できるようになりました。
本アップデートにより、CRM のあらゆるタブから、ユーザーがレコードを作成する方法をより自由にカスタマイズすることが可能になりました。
設定の流れについては以下をご参照ください。
キャンバスを使用したデータ入力ページを設定する理由
これまでは、カスタマイズ性の低い標準ビューでのみデータの作成が可能でした。つまりデータ入力ページの見た目を、自分の組織の独自のプロセスや要件、ブランディングに応じてカスタマイズできませんでした。
キャンバスを使用したデータ入力ページ（フォーム）では、項目やセクションをカスタマイズできるようになり、CRMの操作が可能な限り直感的で効率的になりました。
カスタマイズ性：データ入力ページをブランドにマッチさせることができ、パーソナライズされた体験をもたらします。
ユーザーエクスペリエンス：直感的なレイアウトによりデータ入力の能率が向上し、操作の簡易性と入力データの正確性を実現します。

データ入力ページのレイアウトを簡単に変更・設計して、データ入力の効率化、重要な情報の強調表示、ブランドを反映した魅力的なインターフェースの作成が可能です。レイアウト、項目の配置、配色、フォントのスタイルをカスタマイズして、各フォームが組織の独自性を表現できるようになります。こちらが、実際にカスタマイズした際の画面です。

キャンバス機能をもちいたデータ入力ページのカスタマイズでは、以下の要素がすべて扱えます。
データ：連絡先名、メールアドレス、データの担当者、そしてその他の関連する詳細情報など、タブの重要な情報で構成することができます。
要素：画像、線、テーブル、セクション、テキストボックス、ボタン、アイコンなどさまざまなツールで構成することができます。
スタイル：色、フォントスタイル、フォントのサイズ、境界線、余白の調整、そして角の丸みまで幅広く選択でき、データの視覚的魅力を高め、よりブランディングやデザインの好みに合わせることができます。
さらに、項目の状態に応じた強調表示のようなオプションもあります。営業担当者にとっての視認性の向上のために項目を強調したいというニーズを満たすために、キャンバスによるデータ入力ページのサポートと同時に、キャンバス自体の機能を強化しています。

We would like to create a Deal View where the User can see all their deals. For that, we would need an OR to connect the criteria. Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities.
