Account not approved | No reply from Support | Terrible Experience

Hello,

It's been a week now, and my zeptomail account is still not approved. I have submitted all required KYC documents but still have not been approved and no one replies to my emails, they simply close my ticket without replying. I am having a terrible start with ZOHO.
