Trident for Windows has some exciting new features aimed at enhancing ease of use, with updates designed to elevate your productivity.
Let's take a quick look at them.
Desk eWidget
We’re introducing the latest addition to Trident's lineup of widgets: the Zoho Desk eWidget. With this integration, you can view the information on the tickets assigned to you as you read the corresponding emails. You can also easily create, assign, search, and view your tickets right from within Trident, enabling faster issue resolution and enhancing overall customer happiness.HubSpot eWidget
Another addition to Trident's list of widgets: the HubSpot (CRM) eWidget. With this new addition, you can organise and track your leads and customers, view and access contact or company information, and even add notes, tasks, and events to the contact.Managing tags for tasks
You can now access all of your tags in the Tasks module. This includes the ability to create new tags, edit the ones you already have, and delete any tags you no longer need. There's more! You can also assign tags to your tasks and conveniently view them categorised by their assigned tags, allowing you to manage your tasks more intuitively.Viewing the call history in Contact details
In addition to contact overview, emails sent and received, and chats in common, you can now access the call history directly from the Calls tab within the Contacts module or from the contact card.To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
Select Feedback.
In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.
Click Submit.
