Hi Harikrishna, we'd love for the Zoho Subscriptions / Zoho CRM integration to be enhanced. Like most businesses, the CRM is our central hub to manage all of our prospect and client relationships. We pass data into the CRM from a variety of sources (Ex. Zoho Desk, Zoho Subscriptions, Zoho SalesIQ, Etc.) and then our Account Executive and Client Success team's apply different filters and views to take different actions.
Right now, none of the Zoho Subscription data flows over into actual fields that can be sorted or filtered on. So we can't say things like:
- Show me the Accounts where they created a subscritpion at one point but has since cancelled it so we can go and try to re-engage with them
- Show me the Accounts which are on our entry level plan who we don't have an Open Deal with for our higher plan.
It's basically just i-framing in Zoho Subscription data as part of an account.
We've had to spend a lot of time and money building out a custom integration, which is never ideal.
Given the Zoho One vision, wouldn't it make sense to enhance the Zoho CRM / Zoho Subscription integration?
