Dear Zoho Support,

I am attempting to automate the creation of invoices in Zoho Books from WooCommerce orders using Integromat (Make) and have encountered persistent errors that are hindering the process.

Overview: I have successfully set up a flow in Integromat that handles the creation and retrieval of Customer and Item IDs from WooCommerce orders. This part of the flow is functioning correctly and does not require further examination.

Issue with Invoice Creation: The challenge arises when I attempt to create an invoice with the retrieved Customer ID and Item IDs using Integromat's Array Aggregator followed by the "Create Invoice" module in Zoho Books. Despite the relevant fields being populated correctly, I am receiving the following error:

• Error: [8] Invalid element hsn_or_sac

This error appears even though the HSN/SAC field is not being utilized or populated in any part of my workflow. Additionally, the HSN/SAC field should not be relevant for my account as I am operating within the EU.

Secondary Issue with Sales Orders: As an attempted workaround, I tried creating Sales Orders instead of directly creating invoices. However, this change resulted in a different error:

• Error: [8] Invalid product_type

Again, this is perplexing as the product types are set correctly within the flow and match the required values in Zoho Books.

Request for Assistance: Could you please assist me in understanding why these errors are occurring and provide guidance on how to resolve them? The intention is to create a single invoice per WooCommerce order with all the associated items included, without encountering these invalid errors.
