[CRITICAL] Zoho Desk <-> Zoho Analytics Sync fails without specific error message!

Hello there,

as you can see on the screenshot, the synchronisation of zoho desc keeps failing without a helpful error message!

As a reason there is "A temporary error occurred while synchronising data from Zoho Desk" displayed...




The error can't be that temporary after all.

It's Zoho Analytics, so the issue is critical 🙁 we have many reports and automations based on the analytics data.

Help would be nice...
