CRM - Astuce #9 : Comment ajouter une vidéo à votre signature e-mail ?
Bonjour à tous,
L'un des plus grands défis des premières étapes du cycle de vente est d'obtenir une réponse par e-mail des prospects. Avec un si grand nombre de vendeurs qui se disputent le marché, votre e-mail doit sortir du lot et vous aider à obtenir cette réponse. L'utilisation de vidéos dans votre cycle de vente vous aide à atteindre cet objectif. Une étude montre que 65 % des personnes interrogées visitent le site Web d'un vendeur après avoir visionné une vidéo et 90 % des clients affirment que le visionnage de vidéos produits les aide à prendre des décisions d'achat.
Pour cela voici les étapes à suivre :
- Allez dans les Paramètres > Personnalisation > Modèles
- Cliquez sur "+ Nouveau modèle"
- Entrez le module concerné
- Sélectionnez un modèle et donnez lui un nom et une description
- Personnalisez-le
- Cliquez sur image et téléchargez l'image miniature de la vidéo
- Entrez l'URL de la vidéo
- Enregistrez votre modèle
Votre template est prêt à être utilisé.
