Direct “Add to Google Calendar” Option in Zoho Meeting
Hello Zoho Meeting Team,
Hope you are doing well.
We would like to request an enhancement related to the “Add to Calendar” functionality in Zoho Meeting.
Currently, when we open Zoho Meeting and view our meetings under My Calendar, there is an Add to Calendar button inside each meeting. However, clicking this button downloads an .ics file. To add the meeting to Google Calendar, we must manually import the file, which adds extra steps and is not very intuitive for users.
Requested Enhancement:
Please add a direct integration that allows us to automatically add the meeting to Google Calendar when clicking the Add to Calendar button - without requiring a file download and manual import.
This will greatly improve the workflow for users who rely heavily on Google Calendar.
We appreciate your consideration and always strive to maximize our productivity using Zoho Meeting.

Zoho Meeting is included in Zoho One now!
Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees. We have one user that can't login to projects even though access has been granted. This user can login to accounts.zoho.com but when login to https://projects.zoho.com/portals.do we get this error: Unauthorized login to this portal Permission denied to access this portal. We use an internal intranet site which has a short DNS name which Zoho CRM will not accept. When attempting to update the field it says "Please enter a valid URL".
