Disappointing video resolution

Disappointing video resolution

We have been doing some live webinars and the picture quality seems really poor - when a presentation is loaded the small video seems better but not the best as we predominately do presentation free webinars.
The situation is that we have the main camera focused on the trainer and the resolution become poor. our speeds are pretty good (40Mb upload and download speeds) (Chrome)
Is there anyway of improving this for the attendees?
