Ebay Integration malfunction
My eBay integration in Inventory has always worked well. It suddenly malfunctioned. It is creating its own parts in Inventory that are unavailable instead of selling the parts I've always sold. Tech help was unable to resolve this. The latest sale attempt created the customer but failed to create a sales order. I did nothing to the integration and the usual parts I listed are in stock. Why is it creating new but identical parts in Zoho Inventory? History shows a failed transaction in Zoho Inventory because the item is unavailable and that it created the item at the same time.

I have reviewed the help document here but am still not clear on the difference between the two views.
