Emphasize concepts effectively on a slide using audio and video clips in Zoho Show
Hi All!
Delivering a presentation on a complex subject while keeping the audience interested can be challenging. Here's where media files are handy. You can add them to slides to help break up monotony in the slide deck. This also gives your voice a break since the clients will be engaged in listening to or watching the clips for a while.
Show lets you
upload media files
from your system's local storage into a presentation. You can also drag-and-drop clips under
Media
in the top bar to add them to your slides instantly.
Note:
Show supports most of the widely used formats including mp4, mov, m4v, and avi for video and mp3, wav, and m4a for audio.
Let's say you want to run your presentation at a trade show. You can add a pre-recorded audio snippet of your product promotion on a slide. The pauses and tone modulation can help you engage the crowd while you are conversing with other potential customers.
You can also include music related to your brand in the slide deck to connect emotionally with the audience and familiarize them with it.
Likewise, you can use videos in your slide deck when you want to convey information in an authentic and illustrative manner. This can help the viewers grasp its essence quickly and retain it for a longer time. For example, you can insert an animated explainer video when you want to jazz up the presentation and educate the audience in an engaging manner.
