Hope you're doing well.

We’d like to request a feature enhancement related to Zia's AI capabilities in Zoho Creator, particularly regarding Deluge Assistance and the AI Agent.

Currently, as shown in your documentation (Generate Deluge Scripts Using Zia Assistance), these features are only accessible when switching to OpenAI integration.

However, in the Zia > Configuration section of Zoho Creator, we can already see several GenAI-powered features (like application and form generation) that work without relying on OpenAI. Unfortunately, the Deluge Assistance and AI Agent options are locked unless we explicitly switch to OpenAI.

Feature Request:

Please allow Zia-powered features like "Deluge Assistance" and the "AI Agent" to function using Zoho's own GenAI models, without requiring OpenAI integration.

We would prefer to keep all data processing within Zoho's infrastructure for compliance and privacy reasons, and we trust Zoho's in-house GenAI to provide a secure, capable alternative.

Benefits:

• Increased trust and compliance for users with strict data policies.

• Avoids dependency on third-party vendors.

• Makes full use of the Zia ecosystem that is already integrated into the Zoho platform.

• Encourages low-code adoption with AI-powered assistance, even for customers who cannot or prefer not to use OpenAI.

We believe this change will empower more Creator users to utilize AI features without additional vendor configurations or privacy concerns.
