Focus Group Webinars - Zoho CRM 2020 feature edition to build long-lasting customer relationships - Part 2
Hey everyone,
Over the last month we covered half of Zoho CRM's 2020 feature edition release in a series of webinars. In these webinars, we covered new features that develop customer experience and insight.
This month and next, we'll focus on features under the categories of CRM foundation and experience. All these features aim to collectively enhance and drive long-lasting customer relationships. We'll discuss use cases for each feature and how it fits into common business scenarios, and the challenges it helps combat. We'll walk you through step-wise implementations in CRM. Our panel for the Q&A session at the end of the Focus Group includes Zoho CRM Product Managers who have seen these features built from the ground up, and will be ready to answer any questions you have.

Here's a brief run-through of these features and what they entail.

Multiple Sales Pipelines - Manage multiple pipelines for different sales processes and track the progress of each deal through its multiple stages
Review Process - Verify and analyze customer data that enters your CRM. Ensure accuracy and credibility of your CRM data
Call Customization - Customize call information screen by adding pick lists, custom fields, and more to capture vital information about incoming and outgoing calls
Call and Email Workflows - Create automations based on emails and calls, and configure actions based on various parameters
Signals - Receive real-time notifications of all touch points from your leads, contacts, or potential customers, and follow-up with them from one central place
Intelligence
Prediction Builder - Keep up with the evolving market by predicting deal closure, forecasting growth, and likelihood of purchase
Recommendations - Get recommendations for the next product/service your customer might want based on their requirements, purchase, and behavioural patterns, and more
Image Validation - Weed out invalid images while automatically classifying and verifying image data
Workflow and assignment suggestions - Automate workflow suggestions for repetitive manual activities
Zia in email - Automate understanding email sentiments to prioritize responses and capture event information with a single click
