How to create a flexible learning culture with on-demand training
The best training systems should always allow trainees to choose the training modality most suited to their educational needs, learning style, and personal schedules.
As technology continues to evolve, the need for on-demand training has also grown. We’re used to having information at our fingertips and finding the answers we need within minutes. This immediacy has dramatically changed people's expectations of traditional learning. In contrast to traditional classroom structures, more and more trainees are taking control of their own learning.
Self-paced learning with access to easily-digestible and effective content anytime, anywhere, is key to empowering your learners. Zoho ShowTime has now released an on-demand session feature to help you design and implement continuing training programs.
How to deliver an on-demand training in ShowTime:
1. Click the Create Session button in the upper-right corner and select On Demand as the session type.
2. Once you create an on-demand session, you can select video files to show during your on-demand training by uploading from your computer or picking material from your content library.
3. ShowTime allows you to customize test forms according to the your needs and will present them to your learners at the end of an on-demand session.
4. Once your participants register for your on-demand training, they can learn on their own schedule by viewing and pausing video sessions.
You can view the registration details of your learners, track how long they spent on your training videos, and test their comprehension by clicking on the People tab.
The on-demand training system offers a strategic advantage for on-the-go trainees who have limited time to learn. Implementing an on-demand training program is a proven way to offer continuing education in a world that seeks convenience.

Is there a way to set the character limit higher on multi-line fields so that we are not losing information pasted into the field? When the text is entered or pasted, there is no error to say that the text is too large. After saving and going back to view most of the text is gone.
