Improve user efficiency with Automated reminders


When it comes to business, keeping up with the deliverables is imperative. Automated reminders help you just with that, allowing you to set up notifications that are automatically triggered to your workspace users to remind them about important updates, upcoming deadlines, and tasks that need attention. These reminders are sent based on conditions set by the admins or workspace owners. This feature ensures that everyone stays aligned and keeps the momentum going.

Some of the key benefits of Automated Reminders include timely notifications, improved user efficiency, and enhanced productivity.

Example 

As a project owner, you would like to notify the assignees and sprint owner about the work items that are overdue and have no updates since last month; you can set conditions based on the "End Date", "Modified on" fields and "Status type" (as on the screenshot) to fetch such work items and notify the assignees to work on them on priority. 


Set Up Automated Reminders   

Head over to the Automation section within Settings in Zoho Sprints and select Automated Reminders to customize your reminder settings based on your project needs. Whether it’s for task due dates, sprint deadlines, or backlog items, you can ensure that your team stays ahead of the game.
