We are currently using workflows within Zoho CRM to send webhooks to external systems when an email address in our custom module is updated. While the record timeline in Zoho CRM displays both the old and new email values (e.g., "Email was updated from XXXX@domain.com to YYYYY@newdomain.com"), the webhook only sends the new value.

This limitation presents a significant challenge for our use case.

Use Case and Issue:
We rely on webhooks to synchronize email addresses in our external mailing lists (not related to Zoho). When a user updates their email in CRM, we need to search the old email in our mailing list and replace it with the new one. Without access to the old email value via webhook, we cannot perform this update correctly, resulting in inconsistent data across our systems.

Feature Request:
We kindly request the addition of functionality that allows webhooks to pass both the old and new values of any field that is updated. This feature should not be limited to email fields alone but should apply to any field update across all modules. The webhook payload should provide a clear indication of:

1. Which field was changed.
2. Old value.
3. New value.

Benefits:

1. Data Synchronization: Ensures external systems remain in sync with CRM records.
2. Improved Data Quality: Prevents data inconsistencies caused by missing old values.
3. Operational Efficiency: Reduces manual work in tracking changes.
4. Enhanced Automation: Empowers organizations to create more accurate and meaningful workflows.

In our case, email address changes are particularly crucial since the email is a primary identifier in our mailing lists. Being able to retrieve both old and new email addresses through the webhook is essential for maintaining up-to-date records across systems.

We believe this enhancement will greatly benefit many users by improving data consistency and providing more comprehensive webhook functionality.
